PWN Global Webinar: Taking care of your well-being on a daily and seasonal basis

05 March 2020 13:00 CET - 14:00 CET WEBINAR

What can we do for ourselves to manage our busy lives and get the most out of every minute?

What is Ayurveda? It's the 'science of life'.

When we are Ayurvedic what does it mean?  Well, in a nutshell, it means we know ourselves inside and out, we take responsibility for our physical and mental well-being and, we are aware of how to adapt to daily seasons as well as the annual seasons. Rounding off with the seasons of our lives which also have to be adapted to.

We apply its relatively simple regimes adapting them individually to help support us as busy working adults who have little time for self-care.

I would like to share with you some simple tips that can slow down the ageing and disease process and, give you the strength and energy to get the most out of your day!

I would like to round off the session with 2 simple breathing exercise, one to de-stress and the other to energise. Both can be done anywhere, at home, in the car park or at your desk.

Having a psychological and physical 'tool box' is the answer to coping with anything.  Taking responsibility for your health is paramount.
